Arrival, Transfer from Airport and Overnight Stay at Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our friendly representative from Explore Green Africa Safaris will warmly greet you, give a safari briefing, help with your luggage and drive you to Arusha, a charming town nestled beneath the towering peaks of Mount Meru.

After your journey, you’ll check in to the Forest Hill Hotel Arusha, where you can unwind and relax in comfort. This hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with excellent amenities, perfect for refreshing after your long flight. You’ll have time to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and prepare for the exciting safari adventures ahead.

Day 2
Guided Game Drive at Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your hotel your professional Driver guide will pick you up with a packed lunch box and start a journey to Tarangire. Prepare for an unforgettable game drive through the stunning Tarangire National Park, known for its breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife encounters. As you journey through this diverse park, you'll be surrounded by towering baobab trees, vast savannahs, and the winding Tarangire River, which attracts large herds of elephants, especially during the dry season.
